Mortadella Salad with Kashkaval and Egg

Smoked Beef Mortadella Plain
Instructions
Grate the Mortadella(Tulkarem) and the Kashkaval cheese.
Whisk the egg in a bowl and season with salt and black pepper.
Heat a frying pan with a little bit of oil or butter.
Pour a small amount of the whisked egg into the pan to create a thin, crepe-like layer. Repeat this process until all the egg mixture is used.
Slice the cooked egg "crepes" into thin strips.
Assemble the dish by placing the egg strips randomly on a plate, then layering the shredded Kashkaval and Mortadella between the strips.
Garnish with sliced tomatoes and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
