Instructions

Roll out the dough on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.

Place the roast beef slices on top of the dough.

Over the (Tulkarm) roast beef, add the mozzarella cheese slices, followed by sliced tomatoes.

Add the (Tulkarm) mortadella, then cheese slices, tomato slices again, and finally another layer of mortadella.

Cover the top with a new layer of dough.

Brush the top with the beaten egg.

Bake the tray in the oven for 25 minutes.
